Payment and Shipping
HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?
At the moment, we offer free shipping on all our orders within Europe that contain a full lipstick or gift card. Only when you buy samples you will have to pay a shipping fee of 30,00 kr for delivery within Sweden and 50,00 kr for delivery outside Sweden.
WHERE AND HOW DO YOU SHIP?
At the moment, we only ship orders to all countries that are part of the European Union. But we are working hard to make Ellure available for other countries as well! Your package is shipped with Postnord.
You reside in an country outside the European Union? Sign up for our newsletter (in the footer) and you will get notified you when Ellure becomes more widely available.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept online payments through different credit card solutions and Paypal. If you require another form of payment, please contactsupport@ellure.seso we can help you further.
CAN I RETURN MY LIPSTICK?
As the color of your lipstick is unique, purely personal and differ widely between customers, we do not accept returns unless it’s clearly incorrect. However, as we understand it is hard to find the perfect color, we offer a Happy Customer Guarantee for your first-time order to ensure you get a product you will love and use.
WHEN IS MY LIPSTICK DELIVERED?
Creating your lipstick will take up to 1-5 working days and will be shipped from our Lab in Stockholm. After your Lipstick is made it can take 1-3 days for your lipstick to arrive at your doorstep, depending on where you life. Your package is shipped with Postnord.

HOW IS YOUR LIPSTICK SUSTAINABLE?
We have built a small lipstick printer ourselves in Stockholm. You can image a small 3D printer but for lipsticks. We don’t have any storage and only produce on demand in an effort to avoid overproduction and waste.
WHAT ASPECTS OF THE LIPSTICK CAN I CUSTOMIZE?
At this stage you can customize the color of your lipstick. More than 10,000 shades of our matte liquid lipstick is available. We’re evaluating more attributes to customize for the future. Do you have ideas? Drop us a message on social media or send us an email with your suggestions.
HOW CAN YOU CREATE SO MANY DIFFERENT LIPSTICKS?
We have developed a color algorithm that can translate the digital color you create into a physical formula. In parallel, we have built a lipstick printer to take this formula and create a liquid lipstick out of it. Combined, this allows us to take any color you can think of, and transform this to an actual physical liquid lipstick you designed.
HOW IS THE LIPSTICK FORMULA?
The lipstick is a light feel long-lasting liquid lipstick with a matte finish in the color you created. The lipstick is made from vegan and animal cruelty free ingredients, carefully selected to be as good for you and our planet as possible without comprimising on its performance. IS YOUR LIPSTICK ANIMAL CRUELTY FREE AND VEGAN?
Yes, the product development of all our products are animal cruelty free and all the ingredient in our lipsticks are non-animal based.
IS YOUR LIPSTICK SAFE FOR ALLERGIES X?
Our products are free from common allergens such as: gluten, egg, milk, seafood, mustard, celery, peanuts, sesame and other nuts. However, please double check the ingredient list to make sure that the product does not contain anything you are allergic to. You can find the ingredient list on our product page.
